We only ship 750ml bottles of wine.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine. All deliveries require an adult signature.
During extreme weather, we will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. If you opt to have your order shipped during extreme weather, Maximum Wine & Liquors cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your merchandise upon delivery.
For orders sent via UPS, if no one is available to accept your shipment, you may be liable for the costs to reship the order.
We only ship wines to NY STATE ONLY.
